Who we are

I am a licensed social worker based in New York. My partner and I founded Align, Ascend, Ashe to provide culturally sensitive and holistic services dedicated to helping individuals and organizations heal, grow, and rise. 

Through a blend of evidence-based practice and integrative approaches, we support individuals and organizations on their journey toward wholeness. Our services include:

• Wellness and spiritual coaching for personal growth and development
• Group experiences that foster deep emotional and spiritual connection
• Consultations, trainings, and speaking engagements for teams and organizations seeking real change

But our mission doesn’t stop there.

We are passionate about investing in the next generation. Through our youth internship program, we mentor and train young people, giving them tools for both personal advancement and professional development. Our goal is to plant seeds of purpose and leadership early — creating ripple effects of growth in our communities.
